How to make your hotel reservation
WONCA Europe 2014 has appointed Leading as its official agency for hotel reservations.
As Lisbon is a highly popular tourist destination Leading has pre-blocked a limited number of rooms in different price categories.
Due to the high demand for accommodation, we strongly recommend you to book your hotel accommodation as early as possible.
Rooms will be allocated on a first come - first served basis.

Transfer to the congress centre will be provided to those that have used the registration form to book a room in the official congress hotels. Information on the pick up points and departure times will be provided soon.
Individual bookings
You can book your hotel when registering online for the congress.
However you can come back later to your personal registration area to reserve the hotel of your choice.
In both cases you will be able to book and pay online. A confirmation letter will be sent at your attention.

Group reservations
Requests for more than 10 rooms are handled separately and proposals are made on request.

We will do our best to send you a proposal corresponding as much as possible to your needs.

Accommodation Cancellation Conditions
All changes to hotel reservations must be made by e-mail to the congress secretariat:
registration.wonca2014@leading.pt.
Written cancellation received until 21 April 2014 = total refund will be granted, deducting an administration fee of 30,00€.
Written cancellation received from 22 April to 28 May 2014 = 50% of total booking value will be refunded.
Written cancellation received after 28 May 2014 = no refund of room reservation cost will be granted.
Should a participant depart before the final date of the hotel reservation, the hotel is entitled to charge the whole period of the reservation.
