Anna has, for many years, been active in public debate: a columnist, a speaker and a passionate advocate for family medicine. She has held leading positions in family medicine organisations for 25 years - at the national Norwegian level, the Nordic and European levels.

During her free time, she likes to spend time in nature, jogging early in the morning or spending time with books, at the theatre or listening to music.

He holds the Harvard Lown Professorship for 2014-2017 and is the recipient of the Prince Mahidol Award for Public Health 2015. He has been awarded honorary doctorates from 18 universities. In 2021 Professor Marmot received BMJ's Outstanding Contribution to Health award. He has led research groups on health inequalities for over 40 years and in 2015 he was awarded the Prince Mahidol Award for his services to Public Health.

He leads Improvement Science London, an initiative to promote and embed the science of improvement across the health service and academic sectors. He is immediate past Vice-Chair (External Affairs) of the RCGP

She has been a GP principal at The Project Surgery for 20 years and looks after a list of 5000 patients. She is also a mum of two teenagers. She is a Primary Care Network Clinical Director for Newham Central 1. Dr Hussain has had previous national roles as Co-Chair of the National Primary Care Network at NHS Confederation and has been on the board of the National Association of Primary Care. In 2019 she was awarded GP of the Year. Her philosophy as a GP is to be able to connect and comfort even when we can’t cure.

He covers sustainability issues facing healthcare including understanding their carbon emissions footprint and helping to produce roadmaps and action plans to meet the NHS net zero ambition. He delivers online Carbon Literacy Project accredited carbon literacy courses for primary and secondary care staff.

He has produced a Decarbonisation Guide for general practices - https://seesustainability.co.uk/low-carbon-plan covering decarbonising energy and estates within primary care along with transport, procurement and the wider supply chain. This is being made available to a wider group of practices via the RCGP

Iona Heath has written regularly for the British Medical Journal and has contributed essays to many other medical journals across the world. She has been particularly interested to explore the nature of general practice, the importance of medical generalism, issues of justice and liberty in relation to health care, the corrosive influence of the medical industrial complex and the commercialisation of medicine, and the challenges posed by disease-mongering, the care of the dying, and violence within families.

She is a staff member of the Irish College of General Practitioners, as Director for Quality Improvement and Doctors Health in Practice Programme, and a founding member of the ICGP Sustainability Working Group. She is passionate about safety and quality of care for patients and physicians in primary care and its interfaces, patient self-management, lifestyle medicine, sustainable healthcare and planetary health.

A senior lecturer, a researcher, a general practitioner, Life Direct Member of WONCA, European leader of WWPWFM, active member of WONCA groups (EURACT, EGPRN, EURIPA, EQuiP),  WHO National trainer and MOH National expert in primary care, author and co-author of over 400 scientific publications in national and foreign editions on the variety of topics of family medicine. She is also chair of the Local Medical Committee and has been a Senior Clinical advisor with NHSE&I - London region Covid-19 vaccination programme for the past year. Dr Ilozue is a member of the Medical association of Nigerians across the UK (MANSAG) and is currently serving as their welfare secretary.

IAFP (The Israeli Association of Family Physicians) – Chairman (2009-2018), honorary treasurer (2018-). As chairman I led a change in the residency program, shifting most of the residency time outside the hospital wards to family medicine and ambulatory setting. Under my leadership, IAFP founded a plan for research grants, which gave a long the years hundreds of thousands of dollars to encourage research in family medicine. I founded an open Wiki website with high quality medical information, having now more than 6,600 articles and millions of annual entries.

Leumit Health Services - Chief Medical Officer (2015-) of a nationwide healthcare organization serving about 730,000 members.

Established a research institute in Leumit and chairing it from 2018 aiming to enhance research capacity in family medicine and primary care. We published more than 20 COVID-19 related publications. One of them “Low plasma 25(OH) vitamin D level is associated with increased risk of COVID-19 infection: an Israeli population-based study” had been cited more than 350 times since its publication.

She is the VdGM council member representing Bosnia and Herzegovina, serving also as National Exchange Coordinator. She is an active member of the VdGM Family Violence SIG and lead of newly-set-up VdGM lifestyle medicine SIG. Family medicine is a field she loves because it gives the opportunity to interact with people, get to know their lives and in that aspect try to give the best possible health care. She is very passionate about health promotion and disease prevention activities because they are the cornerstone of keeping a healthy lifestyle and health overall. Womens health is a topic she is also passionate about, so she leads activities for breast cancer awareness in her HC.
