Presidency’s High Patronage
The President of the Portuguese Republic, Prof. Cavaco Silva, has granted his High Patronage to the 19th WONCA Europe Conference.
Although he will not be able to attend the event’s opening conference, due to previous engagements, his Excellency the President will be represented on July 2nd by his Advisor on Health Policies, Dr. Clara Carneiro, who will convey a message from the Head of State to all the family doctors in attendance.
