Types of poster presentations
Important: Two different types of posters will be displayed at the WONCA 2023 Conference:
- Classic printed “paper” poster + e-poster
- e-poster
Please note: Authors of posters selected for printed „paper“ poster + e-poster presentation are required to upload e-posters in addition to displaying a “paper” posters.

Instructions for presenters of printed "paper" posters
The dimensions of the poster boards are as follows: Recommended size for the poster To ensure good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 120 cm (height) and 95 cm (width) or A0 format.
- Size of the panel (i.e. the max. size of the poster): 200 cm (height) x 95cm (width)
- Fixing material (double-sided stickers) will be available in the Posters Area.
- Conference staff will be available to assist you during the time of poster mounting.
- The poster boards will be numbered by the organizers.
- Posters will be split into groups based on their speciality.
- All posters will be displayed for one day.

Poster mounting and removal times
GROUP 1 – Thursday 8 June 2023
- All posters included in the Group 1 can be mounted on 8 June from 8:00 – 9:00
- Please note you will not have access to the poster area before that – please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time.
- Posters should be removed on 8 June after 17:00
- Posters will be removed and discarded if not removed by 18:30 on Thursday 8 June.
GROUP 2 – Friday 9 June 2023
- All posters can be mounted on June 9 from 8:00 – 9:00
- Please note you will not have access to the poster area before that – please do not attempt to mount your poster before this time.
- Posters should be removed June 9 after 17:00
- Posters will be removed and discarded if not removed by 18:30 on Friday 9 June.
ePOSTER PRESENTATIONS
How can I upload my e-poster?
ePosters shall be uploaded before the Conference. Please upload your ePoster via this WONCA Europe 2023 ON-LINE PROGRAMME WEB PLATFORM that is accessible after login.
- Login using your email address you have registered with.
- Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time.
- Go to your personal page (up right corner by clicking on your name)
- Select the button „Upload poster“ on the left side menu and upload your ePoster. The file limitation is 200 MB.

Authors' contact e-mail and communication channels
If you wish to be contacted by audience interested in your ePoster, please include your contact e-mail address in the ePoster.
A PowerPoint slide template
Please prepare your ePoster using a PowerPoint slide template that is available HERE Save the final ePoster as a PDF file or leave it as a PPTX in case you are adding a video file to your ePoster.
Technical Instruction and Preparation of the ePoster
- Use the TEMPLATE for preparing your ePoster (MS PowerPoint application is used for implementation of the ePoster).
- Maximally 1 slide per ePoster is allowed as the ePoster shall be self-explaining.
- It is possible to change the styling, set-up, and the colour of the background, however the format (62,257 cm x 110,693 cm) must be kept as it is set in the TEMPLATE.
- Screen size is 62,257 cm x 110,693 cm (width x height). ePoster must be compliant with this size - width of the document is adjusted to the screen width (it is a must to setup width of the document to 62,257 cm), height of the document is arbitrary, ePoster is scrollable, however we recommend the height 110,693 cm.
- Recommended minimum font size is 22 points.
- Zoom function is implemented, therefore any detail like image or graph can be zoomed in.
- It is possible to include a video file in standard formats to E-poster (AVI, MPEG, MP4, WMV, etc., The size of the video file must be no bigger than 15 Mb).
- In case of use of photographs, the author must have an approval from the patient(s)
- The information provided is a full responsibility of the author.
